A letter should go right through however a package can get stuck in customs, there is little I can do about that from my end. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges applied my me. By default the ID card is shipped in a plain white regular letter envelope. The advantage to shipping this way is the card goes right through customs without incurring any customs delays or tariff fees just like a letter to a friend would. The disadvantage to shipping this way is there is no way it can be tracked.
